As I was about to walk into the bank through the gate, I saw a man who looked very dirty and was laughing at me and pointing to my beautiful bag.
I was confused at first but then I remembered that this man is mad and not in his right senses so I shouldn’t bother myself at all.
The security greeted me and handed over a little piece of paper to me.
As I was about to step into the compound, I noticed that something pierced through my shoe on the floor.
I bent down to check what it could be then all of a sudden, the same mad man rushed up to me and snatched the bag I was holding away from me.
Like a flash, he disappeared into the midst of the multitude walking to and fro on the main road.
Ah! My bag! Somebody stop him for me.
Give me my bag!
I shouted and ran after him but to my surprise, no one seemed to bother about what was going on at all.
It was as if everything that happened was invisible to their eyes as everyone continued with what they were doing.
Even the security man looked very confused by my attitude and never understood why I was shouting.
I told him a madman just snatched my bag from me and I was amazed when he said he never saw any madman.
He told me that there was no madman close to the gate at all because he had been standing there since morning.
He told me to stop shouting unnecessarily so as not to make people think that I am mad.
What! These people never saw any madman around here and also never saw him snatching my beautiful bag from me? Not even the security man? All my stuffs are all gone now.
What will I tell my honeypie?
